Guided Trip: 2 people per boat per day: $450 per person
3 people per boat per day: $390 per person
4 people per boat per day: $350 per person

With this package you get:
  • One nights lodging
  • "ALL" of your non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Premium guides, boat, tackle, ice, fuel, etc.
  • Fish cleaned, bagged, and iced or frozen

NOTE: Additional nights lodging available @ $70.00 per person. With dinner @ $105 per person.

Breakfast includes: orange juice, milk, coffee, and will vary each day slightly with either bacon, scrambled eggs, grits and biscuits or sausage, fried eggs, biscuits, or grits or pancakes, eggs, bacon or one other favorites is sausage bread in any of the combos.

Lunch includes: coke, diet coke, water, sandwiches, chips, cookies, and cheese crackers.

Dinner: We do several dinner plans and will have something different for every night. I will list the main courses and then the desserts. Most customers will tell you they can't eat this good in down town New Orleans for any price. Unfortunately dessert hardly gets eaten because everyone stuffs themselves. You get PLENTY!

Redfish on the half-shell with crawfish etouffee, salad, texas toast

Trout meuniere with shrimp fettuccine and bread sticks

Rib eye Steaks with baked potato and salad

Example 4:
Gumbo with potato salad and bread

Crab, Corn, and Crawfish soup with bread and salad

Desserts:

Deposits: A 50% deposit will be paid to establish your booked trip and options you select.
Cancellations: Although no one likes to cancel, it happens and the guide can't be expected to take it on the chin! Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable if notice of cancellation is not given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your charter. Cancellations occurring on the day of the reservation (except in the case of inclimate weather as noted below) require payment in full.
Note: Regardless of the package you have chosen, should you cancel with less than 14 days notice and Fish Intimidator fills the vacant reservation prior to your originally scheduled date or should inclimate weather cause cancellation of ALL charters on the original scheduled date, deposit(s) will gladly be refunded.
